Key responsibilities
Planning and designing

- Weekly data cleaning: Conducting weekly data cleaning and reporting will be necessary to manage data integrity issues. Clean data is crucial for accurate analysis.
Reporting and communication
- KPI dashboards: You’ll develop, maintain, and present Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dashboards to study personnel. These dashboards provide a visual representation of data and help in tracking progress.
- Communicating with investigators: Regular communication with trial investigators about data quality and resolving issues as per study protocol is a key responsibility. Effective communication ensures that everyone is on the same page.
Documentation and monitoring
- Preparing trial documents: Assisting in preparing trial documents, reports, and responses to regulatory inquiries will be part of your job. Proper documentation is essential for transparency and accountability.
- Clinical trial monitoring: With the support of trial investigators, you’ll assist in clinical trial monitoring, including safety reporting. This ensures that trials are conducted safely and ethically.
Statistical analysis

Vacancy requirements
To qualify for this role, you need the following:
- Educational background: A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Biostatistics, or a related field is mandatory.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar position is required.
- Technical skills: Proficiency in a range of data analysis tools and advanced skills in Excel, including Pivot Tables and Macros, are essential. Experience with REDCap and ODK is also necessary.
- Soft skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team are crucial. You should also have prior research experience, preferably in health sciences.
