Cigna is currently seeking a Data Analyst to join their Data Mapping team within Cigna International Health (IH). The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering mapping services to stakeholders in this hands-on role.

Role responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Collaborate with team members and partners to evaluate and validate requirements
- Perform optimal data mapping against the common data model
- Participate in developing the Data Management Tooling platform
- Own individual mappings for inbound or outbound data
- Update mapping documentation and monitor evolving scope
- Plan and lead workshops
- Build SQL queries to validate mapping results
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess:
- 5+ years of data analytics / business analytics experience
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel and SQL
- Experience with data management tools (e.g., Informatica, Collibra, Erwin) is a plus
- Understanding of the Healthcare Insurance industry
